The interior of the apartment intended for rent requires a smart combination of style and functionality, in order to be suitable for tenants while providing a practical living space. Although the apartment is not large, the careful selection of furniture allows for a dynamic, comfortable and attractive environment.
The design relies on light colors and neutral tones, which visually expand the space, while carefully selected accents in the form of details such as cushions, carpets or artwork bring dynamism and interest to the space. Multifunctional furniture is key – folding tables, pull-out sofas and wardrobes with built-in storage spaces enable maximum use of space without compromising comfort.
Storage space is discreetly integrated through built-in wardrobes, shelves and multifunctional chests of drawers. This makes it possible to store all the necessary things without accumulating and congesting the space. In the kitchen, smart solutions such as hidden shelves or drawers in the lower parts of the kitchen elements contribute to orderliness and ease of use.
Despite the practicality, we wanted to keep a touch of sophistication and style, combining modern lines with warm elements such as wooden surfaces or fabrics in natural tones. All these components together make the space not only functional but also pleasant for the tenants, providing a feeling of home comfort in everyday life.
